Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join a dedicated team in Cranston and Lincoln, RI. The role focuses on natural play and one-on-one interventions to grow communication and self-advocacy in children with autism.

The SLP will work with an interdisciplinary team, provide parent and staff training, and participate in ongoing professional development. Center hours run Monday–Friday, with comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology is required.
• CCC-SLP certification and state licensure are required.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams is essential.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
• Proficiency with CentralReach and Tableau, and comfort with MacOS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide center-based speech-language pathology services to children with autism.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including OTs, SLPs, BCBAs, and RBTs.
• Provide training to team members and families.
• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans.
• Monitor and document progress of clients.
