Job summary

Training & Treatment Innovations, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Case Manager to provide autism case management services in home and community settings, including intake, annual assessments, and development of person-centered plans.

You will maintain clinical records, coordinate services such as respite, ABA, OT, speech, and PT, and ensure authorizations are pre-approved. Applicants should have behavioral experience and at least one year working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services field is required.
• At least one year experience as Case Manager or Support Coordinator.
• One year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide autism case management services in home and/or community.
• Perform intake and annual assessments.
• Develop person-centered plans and service reviews.
• Maintain clinical records and ensure pre-approved authorizations.
• Uphold productivity standards and refer for ancillary services as needed.

Adhere to timelines and ensure authorizations are pre-approved. Uphold productivity standards, refer for ancillary services (respite, applied behavior analysis, occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, etc)

Must have behavioral experience and experience working with individuals with special needs. Position has flexibility, however, does not have traditional work hours, may require some evenings.
