Job summary

HealthPartners in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Supervisor, Behavioral Health Case Management to support the Autism Care Management team. The role requires BCBA certification and experience with individuals with autism.

The supervisor will mentor case managers, review performance, and ensure adherence to policies while coordinating care across patients, families, physicians, and community resources. Candidates should hold Minnesota licensure, have 3+ years clinical and 1+ year supervisory

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and autism experience required.
• 3+ years clinical practice with 3+ years in utilization review/case management.
• 1+ year supervisory experience expected.
• Licensed in Minnesota preferred (LICSW, RN or Psychologist).

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, hire/transfer, discipline, train, and review performance.
• Provide case consultation and individual supervision sessions.
• Review monthly management reports and ensure documentation quality.
• Coordinate care with patients, families, physicians and community resources.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies; participate in quality improvement.
