Wonderway ABA Services is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to grow our presence across Georgia. The role focuses on developing referral relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and generating new ABA client leads through healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations.

The ideal candidate builds relationships, travels throughout Georgia, and thrives on performance-based compensation with unlimited earning potential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Existing professional network within healthcare, education, or behavioral health is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, schools, physicians, psychologists, social workers, case managers, and community organizations.
• Generate referrals and new client leads for ABA services.
• Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and community outreach activities.
• Conduct in-person visits to referral sources throughout Georgia.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and referral sources.
• Provide regular updates regarding business development efforts and lead generation activities.
• Collaborate with intake and clinical teams to support successful client onboarding.
• Promote the company's mission, values, and services within the community.
