Job summary

ABA Centers of New Tennessee is seeking a high‑performing Community Outreach Liaison to drive lead generation and build strong relationships with families and local organizations. This field-based role focuses on expanding referral networks and reducing waiting times for autism diagnosis and ABA therapy.

You will generate leads through visits, events, and outreach, document outcomes in Salesforce, and partner with Admissions and Sales Ops to remove barriers to conversion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of field sales, outreach, or business development experience.
• Ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and meet targets.
• Strong communication and organization skills; valid driver’s license and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and grow relationships with referral sources and healthcare decision-makers.
• Perform outbound outreach via in-person visits, events, and networking.
• Maintain Salesforce records, track referrals, and manage follow-up cadence.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Admissions for lead handoffs and funnel optimization.
