Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

We provide comprehensive training. You should be patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team. Pay ranges from $17 to $20 per hour, with opportunities to grow within a structured career path.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR, First Aid certification and TB test may be required.
• Pre-employment background check required.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing behavior plans under BCBA supervision.
• Support client safety by moving quickly when needed.
• Move and lift up to 50 pounds as part of daily tasks.
