Centria Healthcare seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, delivering individualized behavior intervention plans under a BCBA's guidance. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

No prior experience is required; comprehensive training is provided. Candidates must be patient, team-oriented, 18+, with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Assist children with mobility and ensure safety, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
