Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior plans under a BCBA. You will teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques while maintaining compassion and teamwork.

Training is provided, and no prior experience is required. You may lift up to 50 pounds as part of daily activities.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and TB test
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Contribute to a supportive team environment and make a measurable impact on each child.
