Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, using evidence-based techniques to build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training, and you’ll need to be patient and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

• Collaborate with BCBA and team to adjust plans as needed.
