Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior plans under a BCBA. You will teach communication, social and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques and provide patient, compassionate support in a team setting.

Training is provided, and the pay range is $19-$20 per hour. No prior experience required beyond passion and dedication to helping children with autism.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Must be patient, compassionate and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications and a TB test.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Support children in reaching their full potential in a team environment.
