Job summary

Centria Autism in Gladstone, Oregon is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. Qualifications

• Patience and compassion to work with children with autism.
• Team player with good collaboration skills.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test as required.
• Pass pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Follow guidance of a BCBA and collaborate with the team.
• Assist with activities and transport as needed (standing/walking) to support client safety.
