Centria Autism in Newberg, Oregon is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one under a BCBA, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based strategies. No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided.

You must be patient, compassionate, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and pass background checks. Pay ranges from $19 to $24 per hour, with a strong commitment to growth.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion for children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certifications, and TB test as required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Assist with mobility tasks and safety during activities.
