Job summary

Pediatrics Plus seeks compassionate Behavior Technicians to support children with special needs under supervision of a BCBA. You will implement behavior analytic services and help with data collection and reporting. A supportive, interdisciplinary team environment offers growth and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people.
• Must be able to work with children birth to age 21 and families who are at risk.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Work directly under the supervision of the BCBA.
• Participate in the implementation of the IT P created by the BCBA to ensure outcomes.
• Participate in data collection and updating graphs.
• Enter data and report to supervising BCBA.
• Assist in observational assessments with the BCBA.
