Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians in Oregon. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.

You will help teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors. We offer comprehensive training so you are prepared to support each child, even if you are new to the field.

Qualifications

• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement behavior plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
