Job summary

Centria Autism in Beaverton, OR is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians who will work one-on-one with children with autism under the guidance of a BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

We provide comprehensive training so you are equipped to help each child reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test within last year.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Support children in a safe, patient, and structured environment.
