Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children in Oregon. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under a BCBA, teaching communication and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.

Training is provided to equip you for success in a supportive team environment. We value patience, compassion, and teamwork; the role includes standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and carrying when needed.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion when working with children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team and take direction from a BCBA.
• Good communication skills for supporting children’s learning.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under a BCBA.
