Qualifications

• Passion for helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age; high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications and a TB test; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior plans under BCBA guidance.

• Support children in reducing interfering behaviors and tracking progress.
