Centria Autism in Molalla, OR is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one under a BCBA, applying evidence-based strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

No prior experience required—comprehensive training is provided. You must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 pounds, pass background checks, and obtain CPR/First Aid.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• 18+ years of age and able to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test.
• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under a BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Help reduce interfering behaviors and track progress.
