Job summary

CENTRIA Autism seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while ensuring safety and comfort in a busy clinical setting.

Pay ranges from $18 to $25 per hour, with comprehensive training provided and opportunities to grow within Centria.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient and team‑oriented.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR, First Aid certification and TB test required.
• Clear background check required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must obtain RBT certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one‑on‑one with children under BCBA guidance.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and teach skills.
• Assist with safe mobility and handling up to 50 pounds.
