Job summary

Behavioral Perspective Inc. is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide direct ABA therapy to children, teens, and young adults with autism.

You will work 1:1 with clients under supervision, collaborating with BCBA and management across BPI clinics, client homes, schools, and community settings. Responsibilities include facilitating skill development, reducing challenging behaviors, and promoting effective communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.
• Clear criminal background check, sex offender registry check, and abuse and neglect registry check.
• Clear MVR background check (as required by position).
• Preferred: Experience working in ABA or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy sessions with clients diagnosed with Autism.
• Collaborate closely with managers and BCBA to support client goals in various settings.
• Help clients develop self-advocacy and crucial life skills and improve communication.
• Support clients in learning socially significant behaviors and managing challenging behaviors.
