Job summary

Behavioral Perspective Inc. is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver essential ABA therapy to children, teens, and young adults with autism across multiple locations, including clinics, client homes, schools and community settings.

You will work 1:1 with clients under supervision from experienced therapists, focusing on self-advocacy, life skills and social communication. Training is provided, with growth opportunities through the BT program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.
• Clear criminal background check, sex offender registry check, and abuse and neglect registry check.
• Clear MVR background check (as required by position).
• Preferred: Experience working in ABA or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy sessions to clients across clinics, homes, schools and community settings.
• Collaborate with BCBA and managers to support client goals and data collection.
• Promote safety, learn and implement behaviors and strategies to improve social skills.
