Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

Qualifications

• Must be patient, compassionate and able to work in a team.
• Willing to obtain an RBT certification after onboarding.
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• 18+ and HS diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Help reduce interfering behaviors and support progress toward goals.
• Collaborate with a team and communicate effectively with families.
