Job summary

Behavioral Perspective (BPI) seeks Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children and young adults with Autism. You will work under supervision to deliver ABA services in clinic and in-home settings, with training provided to obtain RBT certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Associates degree or higher in a human services field preferred.
• 1–2 years ABA or similar field experience preferred.
• Active RBT certification through BACB (training provided) is expected/recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group ABA services under supervision.
• Collect, record, and summarize data for programming.
• Maintain professional interactions with families at clinic and in-home sessions.
• Assist with client pick-up and drop-off at the clinic.
• Adhere to behavior intervention plans as designed and trained.
• Perform basic childcare duties as needed (diaper changes, feeding, dressing).
• Complete written summaries, graph data, convert timesheets, organize materials.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and team members.
• Attend and participate in training opportunities and meetings.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Comply with HIPAA and PHI protections.
• Support independence in daily living skills.
• Assist in reducing behaviors that interfere with learning.
