Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized plans under a BCBA's guidance. You will use evidence-based methods to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

You will join a supportive team, receive comprehensive training, and help children reach their full potential through patient, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• High school diploma or GED required; BCBA-guided intervention experience preferred.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and TB test; pass pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Assist with mobility and daily tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.
