Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum under the guidance of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while maintaining safety and reducing interfering behaviors.

Ideal candidates are patient and collaborative, with a willingness to train and grow within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion when working with children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow guidance from a BCBA.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB testing as required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement behavior intervention plans.
• Help teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Support safe movement and supervision during activities as needed.
