Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior plans under BCBA supervision and using evidence-based techniques to teach essential skills.

You will receive comprehensive training, join a dedicated team, and contribute to meaningful outcomes for children and their families. The role requires physical stamina and a compassionate, patient approach.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion when working with children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow guidance from BCBA.
• Willingness to complete required trainings and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior plans.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills using evidence-based methods.
• Assist with safety and lifting tasks as needed, up to 50 pounds.
