Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will implement individualized intervention plans, using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Candidates should be patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team. Comprehensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working one-on-one with children with autism.
• Willingness to participate in comprehensive training.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under a BCBA supervision.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
