Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA. You will help teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques, while reducing interfering behaviors.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• One-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
• Collaborate with a team and provide comprehensive training.
