Job summary

Centria Autism is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized plans under a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

Qualifications

• Experience with children with autism preferred, training provided.
• Able to stand, walk, sit, bend,lift up to 50 pounds and assist children safely.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and obtain CPR/First Aid.
• Post onboarding, you must obtain a Registered Behavior Technician certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavior intervention under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based techniques to reduce interfering behaviors.
• Collaborate with teammates and families to support progress.
