You will help children develop social and communication skills, document progress, and implement behavior plans under supervision. Must have RBT/BCBA credential and a passion for working with kids with special needs.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician Credential or Board Certified Technician Credential
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development or related experience with children
• High School diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors
• Document child progress and milestones
• Follow and implement behavior change plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
