Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior plans and use evidence-based techniques to promote communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role requires patience, teamwork, and physical stamina, including lifting up to 50 pounds. Training is provided; you will contribute to meaningful outcomes for children and families, with a pay range of $19–$24 per

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB test may be required.
• Background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children using individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Follow guidance from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Help teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
