Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, implementing individualized intervention plans under a BCBA supervision.

You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while promoting safety and well-being. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required.

Pay range $19-$24 per hour. Candidates must be patient, collaborative, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifikationen

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test before starting.

Aufgaben

• Work one-on-one with children following individualized intervention plans.
• Collaborate with a BCBA to implement behavioral strategies.
• Provide training support and maintain child safety during sessions.
• Assist with positioning and mobility as needed (as applicable).
