Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism one-on-one. You will implement individualized intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training. You should be patient, compassionate, able to stand and move with children, and comfortable handling tasks up to 50 pounds. Pay range: $17–$20 per hour.

Formación

• No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• CPR Certification, First Aid Certification and TB test required

Responsabilidades

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Follow BCBA guidance to reduce interfering behaviors.
