Job summary

Centria is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism under the guidance of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

We offer comprehensive training; candidates should be patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team. The role involves lifting and moving up to 50 pounds and requires a background check and health certifications.

Qualifications

• Requires compassionate, patient, and team-oriented approach.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid Certification and TB test required or available.
• Background check required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move in various positions.

Responsibilities
