Centria is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to join our team in Massachusetts. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized intervention plans under a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under a BCBA's guidance.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors and ensure child safety.
