Job summary

Centria is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism by implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will work one-on-one to teach communication, social and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors in a supportive team setting.

We provide comprehensive training, and you will be prepared to help each child reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• Requires passion for helping children with autism.
• Must be patient, compassionate and able to work in a team.
• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Assist children in reducing interfering behaviors and promoting independence.
