Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based methods, while promoting safety and well-being. Training is provided, and a supportive team environment helps you grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age and high school diploma or GED.
• CPR/First Aid and TB tests or ability to obtain.
• Pass background check.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral interventions under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Use positive behavior support to reduce interfering behaviors.
• Join a dedicated team and contribute to meaningful child outcomes.
