Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA and using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills.

Training is provided, and you will join a dedicated team committed to helping children reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age, high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test; ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with BCBA and support a team environment.
• Mobilize in daily activities; assist children up to 50 pounds when needed.
