Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.

This role emphasizes evidence-based teaching of communication, social, and daily living skills to help children reach their full potential. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support; successful candidates will develop patience, compassion, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and a TB test within the last year.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification required within 45 days of onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
