Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized intervention plans under a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

The role requires patience, teamwork, and a passion for helping children reach their full potential. Training is provided; candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and obtain CPR/First Aid and TB tests as

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
