Job summary

Centria Autism in Carrollton, TX is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized intervention plans and use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

No prior experience required; full training provided. Must be patient, compassionate, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age and able to move and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Operate under the guidance of a BCBA to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based techniques to reduce interfering behaviors.
