Centria Autism in the United States is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through individualized intervention plans.

You will work one-on-one under a BCBA, teaching communication, social and daily living skills with evidence-based techniques while reducing challenging behaviors. No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided; candidates must be 18+, with a high school diploma or GED, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Requires passion for helping children with autism.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to pass background checks.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test within a year.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to children with autism.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
