You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors, with comprehensive training provided. The role requires physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds as part of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Passionate about helping children with autism and able to work well in a team.

Responsabilités

• Work one-on-one with children with autism under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Assist children with activities and maintain safety, including lifting up to 50 pounds when necessary.
