Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under a BCBA supervision. You will teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors and contributing to each child’s growth.

We provide comprehensive training so you are equipped to help each child, even if you don’t have prior experience.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• 18+ years old and able to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Work one-on-one with children to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors and ensure safety during activities.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to monitor progress and adjust plans.
