Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing intervention plans under a BCBA's guidance. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

You'll join a dedicated team, with on-the-job training and opportunities to grow in the field of behavioral analysis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Patient and compassionate attitude essential.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB test can be obtained or updated.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to children with autism.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Work under supervision of a BCBA to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Move and assist children in activities, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
