Centria Autism in Texas is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized intervention plans under a BCBA.

You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while ensuring safety and teamwork throughout the day.

This position offers training, competitive pay ($18–$25 per hour), and opportunities to grow within a dedicated team that improves lives.

Qualifications

• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred or required.
• Ability to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Work one-on-one with children and maintain safety during activities.
• Assist children up to 50 pounds and be physically able to move in various positions.
