Job summary

CENTRIA AUTISM is seeking Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, implementing personalized behavior plans under the guidance of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while minimizing interfering behaviors.

We provide thorough training, enabling you to contribute from day one. The role demands patience, resilience, and teamwork, with a pay range of $19–$20 per hour. Join a dedicated team changing lives daily.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test
• Ability to pass a pre employment background check
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.) and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
• Collaborate with team members to support each child’s progress.
• Provide comprehensive training and support to new team members.
