Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior plans under the guidance of a BCBA, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills with evidence-based techniques.

You will receive comprehensive training and be part of a caring, collaborative team. The role involves standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed, with a pay range of $18–$24 per hour.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion when working with children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities
