Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized intervention plans under a BCBA’s guidance. You’ll use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years of age required.
• CPR and First Aid certification and TB test required.
• Pass pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to complete comprehensive training.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children using individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Apply evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collaborate with a team to support each child’s progress.
• Maintain safety and well-being during sessions.
