Centria Autism in the United States is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under the guidance of a BCBA. You will implement individualized intervention plans using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

The role includes comprehensive training, patient teamwork, and physical ability to assist children up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid and TB test
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds
